SHIPPING POLICY
Orders may take up to 14 business days. We do offer express shipping and processing for an additional cost which guarantee your order to arrive in 7 business days. We do provide International shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns on items are unavailable. Unfortunately, we cannot track if the items are worn or not and to provide proper hygiene and sanitation protocols for your little one to stay safe we will not be accepting any returns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours of order being placed. After 24 hours order will not be canceled/refunded due to order being satisfied. Order changes: Orders can be changed within 24 hours. Shoe size exchanges can be made at any time if item has not been shipped yet.
EXCHANGE OF DAMAGE GOODS:
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: mommyandgi@gmail.com. If the item you purchase is damaged we will be happy to provide a free exchange. Your exchange will be sent once we receive damage item. *items shipped back must be returned in the condition they were received, otherwise we can not accept your exchange*
